Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING: We ship within the U.S, Canada, Europe and the UK. For European shipments outside of Sweden we recommend to buy the print unframed to avoid any potential damage that might occur to the frame when shipped overseas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Unframed prints are hand packaged and protected in shipping tubes, framed works ships in carefully packaged boxes. Allow 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed. After processing time delivery time will be 1-3 days. International customers will see different delivery options at checkout from 1-3 days, to a more economical 10-12 days. Duties and Taxes for customers outside the US will be calculated at checkout, but remains to be the customers responsibility to be paid upon delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has shipped.

RETURNS: We try to provide accurate visuals of the artwork featured on our site. Nonetheless, if you're not happy with your acquisition please email us at hello@worksbyfriends.com We’ll gladly offer you a store credit within 10 days of receipt of the artwork. Custom framed pieces will have a 20% processing fee. If your works arrive damaged, please ensure WBF is notified within 14 days of delivery.
